SYNOPSIS: 

Grupo Galpão (Galpão Group) is one of the most important theater companies in Brazil. Since its foundation in 1982, it has been awarded with more than 100 Brazilian prizes due to its contribution to the dramatic arts in this country. Till, a Phony Hero's Tale refers to the story of Till Eulenspiegel, and outstanding picaresque figure of the German folklore. The Galpão’s play reenacts the Till’s life and adventures during the Middle Age in Germany, highlighting the importance of the antihero in our troubling present.

SYNOPSIS: 

La tropa del eclipse is a theater/circus company founded in 1997 in Lima, capital of Peru. They have represented Peru in several Latin-American theater festivals. Circoloop is their most recent collective creation. It is a physical comedy show for the whole family, where the universal language of clowning with body language is used, overcoming the language barrier and creating an spectacle to be literally understood by young people, children and adults.

The Letter is already a classic comic performance created in 1992 by European Comedy Award Winner and theater actor and director Paolo Nani. The Letter is the most internationally toured Danish performance to date.

“This is a very simple performance. The same story told in 15 entirely different ways: Drunk, western style, silent film, without hands, horror, back to front, circus, surprised, vulgar, magical, etc. But all the variations have two things in common: Never a word is spoken and the result is ludicrous.”

SYNOPSIS: 

Founded in 1976, the Teatre Lliure de Barcelona is one of the most iconic theaters in Spain. Since then, they have staged theatrical pieces with the purpose of offering them to the people as a public service in which everyone can have access to the culture. During the Iberoamerican Theater Festival 2014 they will perform El Caballero de Olmedo (The Gentleman from Olmedo), one of the Spanish playwright and poet Lope de Vega’s canonical works, written circa 1620. This is the love story between Doña Inés and Don Alonso which begins as a comedy and then takes a tragic turn.

SYNOPSIS: 

Toom-pak is a company of percussionists created in Alcalá de Henares (Spain) in 2003. Since 2008, based on an ecological conscience they acquired, they started creating instruments made from recyclable materials that they would later use in their presentations. ReciclART, a street musical spectacle, which had its premiere in 2009, is a show were artists play extravagant instruments accompanied with fire and other visual effects that leave the audience wanting more.
